Regents' uses its' proprietary process management application called PILOT® to manage, control and document every step of your project and provide transparency in managing budgets and timelines to successful completion. PILOT® centralizes all communications for a project; the team and responsibilities, emails, documents, calendars, reminders and broadcast messaging simplifying the project management process.
PILOT® is accountability software that monitors the entire project team and vendor performance and allows our clients to oversee project implementation. The unique capabilities of PILOT® identify critical exceptions to the process and actively highlights those, allowing corrective action to be taken. This permits the Clients that use PILOT® to ensure a successful and timely project.
PILOT® may be used as part of a Regents project or licensed as a stand-alone tool for any healthcare organization.
