I have been working with Bob Maier and Regents Health Resources for roughly 5 years on a variety of outpatient imaging projects.  They were instrumental in helping us develop our joint venture outpatient imaging network that currently consists of 5 different locations.  Regents has also played a key role in the development and marketing of our imaging asset company that supports our network.  They have assisted us in two stock offerings to physicians which have resulted in us raising several million dollars from roughly 70 physicians.  They are now taking a lead role in helping us to determine whether we should unwind the joint venture operating company and return to hospital based reimbursement.  Regents’ team has been very professional and responsive during our many engagements and their advice has been excellent to date.  I would highly recommend Regents for any imaging consulting needs.
